The Canadian County Juvenile Center is currently accepting applications for the following positions:

 
 Youth Guidance Specialist

 Detention Officer

Mental Health Specialist - requires a master's degree in behavioral health. Responsible for mental health screenings, assessments and educational groups. 

Facility Director -   responsible for oversight of Center's day-to-day operations, development and maintenance of good working relationships with community contacts & state lic. authorities, regulatory compliance and provision of guidance and training to Management Team.  

 Requires a master's degree in human services or public admin related field with at least three years’ experience in administration, supervision, child care or residential setting; OR a bachelor’s degree plus at least five years’ exp in the above.

Must be able to multi-task, communicate effectively pass bkgd clearance, and support Center’s mission & goals.

All job candidates must pass an OSBI background check and a drug screening. A good driving record is required for many positions. Most jobs also require that the employee be at least 21 years old.
